We ship via Australia Post. Shipping is FREE for all fabric orders.
Regular shipping will NOT automatically include tracking or insurance. While we try our hardest for your orders to arrive to you in good condition and in good time, it is not unheard of for packages to go missing in the post. Cloth ‘n’ Craft takes no responsibility for lost or missing items or items damaged in transit. We are not obliged to replace lost or damaged parcels, although I will do what I can to track it down. Therefore, I highly recommend upgrading your shipping to include tracking during checkout. It only costs a few dollars more and it might worthwhile, simply to ensure you receive what you have paid for.
Orders will be shipped within a week (hopefully sooner!) of orders being paid for, but we will contact you should there be any delays.
We accept returns because of a change of mind only at our discretion. Contact us before returning anything. Products must be returned and received before any refund can be offered.
All products have a 30 day quality warranty. Shipping costs of returns due to quality issues will be covered by Cloth ‘n’ Craft. Shipping costs of returns due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
