Pretty Practical is a range of products produced by Cloth ‘n’ Craft.
Custom Products Policy
I am willing to take custom orders for various products. While negotiating on the design, I will offer a quote giving a maximum price. Depending on the time required to complete the project, the final price may be less than the quote but it will not be more.
I expect a nonrefundable 50% deposit to be paid before work will begin, so to cover my costs.
For ONLINE purchases – please checkout via direct deposit (no matter what form of payment you wish to pay with). I will contact you when I am ready to accept payment of the 50% deposit and begin work.
For OFFLINE orders, I will not forward you an invoice when I am ready to begin work on it. Only once the deposit has been paid, will I begin work.
I expect most custom jobs to be completed within 2 weeks of the deposit being paid. The remaining balance on the invoice needs to be paid prior to the item being shipped.
I ship via Australia Post. Shipping is calculated in the checkout on my website and shipping costs will be included on your invoice (where relevant for offline orders).
Orders will be shipped within a week (hopefully sooner!) of orders being paid for, but I will contact you should there be any delays.
Regular shipping will NOT automatically include tracking or insurance. While I try my hardest for your orders to arrive to you in good condition and in good time, it is not unheard of for packages to go missing in the post. I take no responsibility for lost or missing items or items damaged in transit. I am not obliged to replace lost or damaged parcels, although I will do what I can to track it down. Therefore, I highly recommend upgrading your shipping to include tracking or tracking AND insurance. It only costs a few dollars more and it might worthwhile, simply to ensure you receive what you have paid for.
All my products have a 30 day quality warranty. Shipping costs of returns due to quality issues will be covered by Cloth ‘n’ Craft. Shipping costs of returns due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
I accept returns because of a change of mind only at my discretion. Contact me before returning anything. Products must be returned and received before any refund can be offered.
It is necessary for me to collect information from you (your name, address etc) for the purposes of providing a service to you. Be assured that your private information will NOT be sold/made available to anyone else for ANY reason.
