As I posted here, last weekend we went to a birthday bash for hubby’s mum. The morning before we left, I still hadn’t wrapped the present or gotten a card. So right then I decided to make one! (Not perhaps the most intelligent thing to do when you’re trying to get 3 kids, including a 3 month old, ready for a day trip to Sydney!)
I decided to make one using scraps of the fabric I had made her tissue pack out of. I was glad to have everything I needed to make it lying around in my craft cupboard. Although I do wish I had some different coloured inks … but they’re on their way … !
This is what I came up with.
When I look close it’s a little wonky, but every handmade thing has a LITTLE wonkiness to it … doesn’t it … ?
